Here we have various questions which pertain to our website, ordering procedures, security issues, and products.
You have three (3) options - via mail, online, or download.

You may download your purchases immediately or wait until later. * If you choose to wait, click the "My Downloads" link on the left side of the "My Lulu" tab to display you purchase history. * To save purchased download contant to your computer, click the orange "Download" button next to that item. * To see information about and other works by the same creator, click the creator's name. All orders placed through the NINE Nappy Marketplace are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges will be Media Mail ( which takes approximately between 2 to 9 days), Priority Mail (approximately between 2 to 3 days), and First Class Mail (approximately between 2 to 5 days). Please specify which when you email with order request How long will it take to receive my order? What will you do with my contact info? We do not sell or forward your information to any other party. We will only use your contact information to inform you of upcoming products, personal appearences, or special events that NINE Nappy Productions would be involved in. Whom do I contact for information or problems? For any questions or problems with your order, you can send an email to contact and we will respond between one or two days. If we need further clarification about your issue and faster service, please provide a telephone number and appropriate time for us to call. Refunds will be processed once we receive notification either via email or postal letter. If you received you order, you will need to send back to us the item you wish a refund on. (i.e. if your order needs to be refunded for any reason, please email us with a full explanation for the reason(s) for the refund request. Once we have the information, returned item(s) in question, we will review, process the request, and notify the customer via email. How do I know if I received my entire order? When your order is processed, we notify you via email outlining the contents and payment information. When you actually recieve your order via USPS, we always include an invoice. When will my credit card be charged? We will charge your credit card for your online transaction within one to two days of your order. Once it has cleared, we will begin to fulfill your order. Am I ordering the right product(s)? Before your order is finalized, there is a confirmation page for a final review of the products ordered, prices, shipping costs, delivery information, and payment information. |
