I had a period of having no Internet service for a while. So I just dived deeper into what things I was learning, researching, or working on. As is evident, I have Internet service again and I'll be posting images soon. Also, I am redoing the first two issues of my comic book series and making changes such as putting them in proper comic book size and in COLOR! I know, printing a full-color comic is expensive for a self publisher, but this is what I feel needs to be done to increase recognition and sales. I'll be attending comic book conventions in the future. Remember:  You can send an email with any questions or reach me via Facebook.

Greetings everyone! Its been quite some time that any news has been posted to the website.  I am very busy working on the following:

1. Overseeing an animation project for Internet content, while at the same time learning 2D animation and other related programs.

2. Learning Adobe Photoshop currently (to increase and upgrade my graphic design digital skills - never stop learning!

3. In pre-production on a pilot for a future episodic series for the Internet

4. Finishing stories, plots, character designs, etc.

Please remember that I am a studio of one person, so these projects take an enormous amount of time to complete. When they are ready for the public, I will let folks know. Take care...

I would like to thank Miss C. Miller of Edmonton, Alberta Canada for purchasing the Black Superhero Montage Poster (24"x36") and the Black Superhero Montage Character Guide for her sister and brother-in-law. It's customers who keep a business IN business! I hope they are getting much enjoyment from the purchase.

I am putting the comic book series on hold for the foreseeable future, due to I am in the process of completing an animated project for the Internet. When this project is completed, then I will resume completing the comic book series. Any and all updates will be on our NINE Nappy Pictures and Films page. Please wish us much success!

Making Changes.....

I have come to the conclusion that since my online sales of my comics and merchandise is very lacking (for whatever reason(s)), I am going to shut down the E-Commerce link and site of the NINE Nappy Productions website. I am also going to perform a total revision of the site for the foreseeable future; possibly just posting the completed comics pages for free or something. I'm still debating my options.

Its a shame that from what I see, no matter how much promotion(s) I employ to let folks know about my stuff, no one gives it a try. You have folks out there who CLAIM to want more African American heroes, and that they'll buy it, but I do not even see any sales at all - even on my $2.00 zero issue! So this is partly all ya'll fault for not giving my character a try, as well as for those who HAVE purchased a comic or something from me at this last Sacramento Comic Con and Stockton Comic Con who haven't even posted or sent an email to me regarding FEEDBACK! I mean, thanks for buying it, but I'm also looking for the feedback and comments on what you thought. Let me know!

As a creative individual, feedback is necessary to gauge my progress in what I am trying to accomplish. If you (the fan) do not tell me what you thought about it, how can I be sure I am on the right track? I already know its a great concept, do YOU think its a great concept is what I want to know.

I am going to finish this nine-issue series no matter how long it takes me. Hopefully during this journey, I'll get some feedback from website visitors. We'll see.
